The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. I booked a package deal that included accommodation, skiing passes, and rental gear, and it was incredibly affordable. I couldn't believe what a great deal I got!

The situation of the hotel is ideal for skiing and shopping and the staff were extremley friendly and helpful.

This hotel's location was perfect for our ski trip, as it was very close to the slopes and provided stunning views of the mountains. Even though the rooms were small, they were clean and comfortable, with warm radiators to keep us cozy. the breakfast buffet was decent, featuring continental options, fruits and yogurt. We appreciated the free WiFi that was available everywhere as well as the reliable ski storage facilities.

The hotel staff were not very welcoming, rarely returning a kind greeting or providing good service.

Central location, good for a one night stay

The road the hotel was in is undergoing roadworks and is closed. We had to park some distance away and carry out things to-and-from the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities. The location is perfect, situated just a short walk from the ski slopes, making it fully accessible to snow falling place. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, offering a good selection of options.

The food was very basic but as we paid very little to stay at the hotel that didnt bother us much. Unfortunately the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever come accross in an hotel , really hard. I would only recommend this hotel for a budget stay 1/2 nights at the most

The road out side the hotel was in the middle of roadworks so was only accessable on foot, which I would have been able to tell if I had waited until I Got to Pas De Lea Casa to get a room rather than booking on line

Absolutely mind-blowing experience at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was the perfect size for our family, with a jaw-dropping view of the beautiful valley. The breakfast spread was plentiful and had a great selection, although I wish there were some veggies included. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the slopes and the vibrant nightlife. And let's not forget the amazing value for money - you're getting so much for what you pay for. The decor in the coffee shop was stunning, and the team working there were incredibly hard-working and accommodating. They even surprised us with a packed lunch as we left, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience filled with fun skiing, great food, and friendly staff.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

There was a problem with noise.We could hear the toilet upstairs everytime it was flushed. We could also hear the people in the room upstairs quite clearly. Although the room was clean it was quite shabby, plaster coming off the walls and even a plug socket hanging out of the wall with wires exposed. When we booked the hotel we chose a room for three with breakfast yet when we arrived we were told that breakfast wasn't included. If we had known this we would have booked an apartment closer to the slopes.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the slopes. the coffee shop had comfortable chairs where you could relax in the evening. the room was clean and cozy, with a TV and a warm atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing fast check-in and check-out. the breakfast, while basic, was sufficient. the hotel also had lockers for ski gear, making it convenient.

The noise from the neighboring room was a disturbance, with loud music and constant talking until late at night.

Great staff in all areas..Make you feel in a cosy/friendly atmosphere! always ready to help .. truly recommendable!
